Holiday Operation
Dec 22 – Jan 17 2025

NOTICE:  We are FULLY BOOKED for Christmas and New Year (Dec 22 - Jan 2). If you wish to be placed on our wait list, please submit your request through the online booking tool.

 

For nearly a decade, we've had the pleasure of providing exceptional holiday care for your furry family members. This season, as we continue our tradition, we're making a few changes to ensure a healthy work-life balance for our dedicated team. We deeply appreciate your trust and loyalty, and we want to make this holiday season as smooth and joyful as possible for everyone.


Both Office and Boarding/Daycare Closed: January 5th – January 16th
Reopening: January 17th. NO guests during this time.

Full Kennel Closure Dates:
Operational Period for Holiday Guests:

Open: December 22nd – January 5th. All guests must be checked out by 12:00pm on Jan 5th, 2025
Limited space is available, and we anticipate being fully booked by early November.

Office Closure Details:

The office will be closed from December 23rd to January 17th.
No replies to emails, voicemails, Facebook messages, or booking requests during this period.
 

Texts: We will only respond to texts from guests whose pups are staying with us during the operational period.

Holiday Stay Requirements

Booking Deadline: All booking requests for stays with any dates between December 22nd and January 5th must be received by December 15th. We will likely reach capacity well before this date, so please book early. Last-minute requests cannot be accommodated.

Minimum Stay Charge: A 5-night minimum charge applies to all stays between December 22nd and January 5th, regardless of the number of nights booked.

Check-In/Out Times: Restricted to 10:00 am – 12:00 pm only. Any check-ins/outs outside of this time block will incur a $69 special request fee. This must be arranged in advance, and is based on availability.

Check-In/Out Restrictions: No check-ins or check-outs on December 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st, or January 1st—no exceptions.

No New Dogs: We will not be accepting new dogs during this period. We will not be hosting or providing trial nights for new dogs who wish to stay during the holiday season. This year is reserved for existing clients only.

No Daycare Services: Daycare will not be available during the holiday operational period.

Payment Information:

Current Confirmed Bookings: Balance payments are required prior to or at check-in.
New Bookings: Full payment is required at the time of booking if checkout is after December 22
Cancellation Policy: No refunds or credits will be provided for any cancellations received after Dec 1st for holiday bookings Dec 22-Jan 5.

Please plan accordingly and reach out before December 15th if you have any questions or need assistance finalizing your holiday plans.

  • Online orders will be fulfilled and/or delivered after we return on January 17th.
