Each stay includes until 10:00am on departure day, but if you want your furry friend to have a little extra time to play and have fun, just add on a Stay & Play. For just $39+HST per guest, your pup can stay and play with us until close of business. This add-on is the perfect way to extend your pet’s vacation by just a little bit longer and give them some extra TLC before heading back home. ARE YOU A NEW CLIENT? If you are planning to book a stay of five nights or more with your pet and it is the first time your pet will be boarding with us, please note that we have a mandatory one-night trial stay requirement for all new dogs. Regular overnight rates will apply for this trial stay. This is necessary before committing to longer stays to ensure the comfort and well-being of your pet.
BOOKING LAST MINUTE? We understand that sometimes last minute plans come up and we want to do everything we can to accommodate you and your furry friend. That’s why we offer the option to book with less than 24 hours notice for a small additional fee of $29+HST. Please note that this fee helps us ensure that we have the necessary staff and resources available to provide the best possible care for your pet.
LOOKING FOR LONG TERM BOARDING? If your pet's stay exceeds two weeks, we require that you book our laundry service for their belongings. A minimum laundry fee of $10 will be added to your final invoice. If your pet has brought a bed, a further laundry fee will be added, ranging from $15 to $30, depending on the bed size. For stays exceeding three weeks, we require a PAWdicure be scheduled for your pet's nails. Overgrown nails can be painful and increase the risk of injury or infection. Any dog arriving with overgrown nails will have them trimmed, and a charge of $15 will be added to the final invoice. We want to ensure the safety and comfort of your pet during their stay with us.
BOOKING FOR THE HOLIDAYS? During peak times, such as holiday long weekends, March Break, and Christmas/New Year, certain minimum requirements and restrictions are in place. For complete information, please refer to the 'Holiday' section.
Overnight Boarding

* For stays in our Studio Suite, a $29 cleaning fee per week, or part thereof, applies for dogs that are not hypoallergenic or non-shedding. We just want to make sure that our rooms are clean and comfortable for all of our guests, both furry and non-furry. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and welcoming environment for everyone.
** For our multi-dog households, we offer discounted rates for dogs sharing a suite. Please note that in order to qualify for these discounts, all dogs must be from the same household. Additionally, dogs over 60 lbs that will be sharing a suite must book a Premium Suite and an upgrade fee of $20/night will apply. We want to make sure that all of our guests have plenty of space and comfort during their stay with us.
*** Holiday rates apply to Friday-Monday of all holiday long weekends, March/Spring Break, and Christmas through New Year (Dec 23-Jan 2). Holiday long weekends include Family Day, Easter, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Holiday, Labour Day, National Day for Truth and Reconciliation, and Thanksgiving. HOLIDAY REQUIREMENTS
HOLIDAY LONG WEEKENDS
Holiday long weekends are subject to a 3-night minimum charge (based on your boarding type), regardless of the length of stay. Reservations longer than 3 nights that include any of the dates of a holiday long weekend will be charged the holiday rate for those nights, and the remainder at our regular posted rate. The following long weekends / holidays are subject to holiday rates: Family Day, Easter, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Civic Holiday, Labour Day, Thanksgiving.
SPRING / MARCH BREAK
Spring / March Break reservation space is limited, and we do not accept dogs who have never stayed with us previously. Reservations are subject to a 5-night minimum charge (based on your boarding type) regardless of the length of stay. Reservations longer than 5 nights that include anyof the dates of Spring / March Break will be charged the holiday rate on the dates that fall within the weekend before, after, and including March Break.
CHRISTMAS / NEW YEAR
Christmas and New Year reservation space is limited, and we do not accept dogs who have never stayed with us previously. Reservations between December 23 and January 2 are subject to a 5-night minimum charge (based on your boarding type) regardless of the length of stay. Reservations longer than 5 nights that include any of these dates will be charged the holiday rate for the nights that fall within the Christmas / New Year period. We are closed for pickup and drop off on December 24, 25 and 26, 31 and January 1.

There may be instances where we need to charge for services over and above the agreed upon rate (eg: laundering heavily soiled linens or bedding; bathing dogs if they happen across a mud puddle; probiotics for upset tummies; veterinarian interventions; etc.) We reserve the right to charge reasonable fees for items / services not listed that may be required for the safety and care of your pet. This will be discussed with you at check in, and/or at the time the product or service is required in excess of what is considered nominal charges.
