
Holiday Operation

For nearly a decade, we've had the pleasure of providing exceptional holiday care for your furry family members. We deeply appreciate your trust and loyalty, and we want to make this holiday season as smooth and joyful as possible for everyone.
Operational Period for Holiday Guests:
Open: December 22nd – January 5th.
Limited space is available, and we anticipate being fully booked by late September.
Office Closure Details:
The office will be closed from December 23rd to December 26th and on December 31st and January 1st.
No replies to emails, voicemails, Facebook messages, or booking requests during this period.
Texts: We will only respond to texts from guests whose pups are staying with us during the operational period.
Holiday Stay Requirements
Booking Deadline: All booking requests for stays with any dates between December 22nd and January 5th must be received by December 15th. We will likely reach capacity well before this date, so please book early. Last-minute requests cannot be accommodated.
Minimum Stay Charge: A 5-night minimum charge applies to all stays between December 22nd and January 5th, regardless of the number of nights booked. Holiday rates apply for the entire period.
Check-In/Out Times: Restricted to 10:00 am – 12:00 pm only. Any check-ins/outs outside of this time block will incur a $99 special request fee in addition to Stay & Play fees. This must be arranged in advance, and is based on availability.
Check-In/Out Restrictions: No check-ins or check-outs on December 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st, or January 1st—no exceptions. If you wish to have your dog arrive on Boxing Day, your options are to drop off on Dec 27th, or December 23rd.
No New Dogs: We will not be accepting new dogs during this period. We will not be hosting or providing trial nights for new dogs who wish to stay during the holiday season. This year is reserved for existing clients only.
No Daycare Services: Daycare will not be available during the holiday operational period.
Payment Information:
Deposit / Payment: Deposit of 50% is required within 24 hours to confirm booking. Payment for balance is due at checkout.
Cancellation Policy for any booking that falls between Dec 22 - Jan 5: No refunds or credits will be provided for any cancellations received after Dec 1st for holiday bookings Dec 22-Jan 5. Prior to December 1st, regular cancellation policy applies
