Holiday Operations - 2024/25



It's hard to believe we are already preparing for a busy Christmas / New Year guest list, but here we are! ... I wanted to provide LOTS of notice as this year there have been some slight changes.


Our entire Tucked Inn Team will be taking a much-needed break from Jan 5th to Jan 17th to recharge and spend quality time with family and friends. During this period, we’ll be fully closed for all overnight and daycare guests.


We have very limited space available for existing clients (we are not accepting new dogs this holiday season) from December 22nd to January 5th. If you're planning to book during these dates, please do so as early as possible.


Full Kennel Closure from January 5th – January 17th (no guests).


The office will be closed from December 23rd to January 17th.

No replies to emails, voicemails, Facebook messages, or booking requests during this period.


We will have text/SMS available only for guests whose pups are staying with us Dec 22 - Jan 5.


Holiday Stay Requirements:


Booking Deadline: All booking requests for stays between December 22nd and January 5th must be received by December 15th. We will likely reach capacity well before this date, so please book early. No last-minute requests will be accommodated.


Minimum Charge: A 5-night minimum charge applies to all stays between December 22nd and January 5th, regardless of the number of nights booked.


Check-In/Out Times: Restricted to 10:00 am – 12:00 pm only.

Any check-ins/outs outside of this time block will incur a $69 special request fee.


Check-In/Out Restrictions: No check-ins or check-outs on December 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st, or January 1st—no exceptions.


No New Dogs: We will not be accepting new dogs during this period.


No Daycare Services: Daycare will not be available during the holiday operational period.


Payment Information:


Current Confirmed Bookings: Balance payments are required at check-in.

New Bookings: Full payment is required at the time of booking if the stay falls within any of the holiday dates.

Cancellation Policy: No refunds or credits will be provided for any cancellations after December 1st.


Please plan accordingly and reach out before December 15th (the sooner, the better) if you have any questions or need assistance finalizing your holiday plans.
