As we have grown and expanded, continually adapting to meet the evolving needs of our clients, it brings us immense joy to share some exciting updates with you. At Tucked Inn, your pet's well-being is at the heart of everything we do, and as a result, we have made adjustments to our check-in and check-out options. We now have specific AM and PM drop off / pick up times for your pups.

Tailored Hours for a Tail-Wagging Good Time!

Understanding the unique routines of our clients and their furry companions, we've expanded our hours to ensure an even better experience for everyone. Whether you're an early riser, a daytime adventurer, or someone who cherishes a bit of extra fun after hours, our updated schedule is designed with you and your pet in mind.

When requesting your check-in/check-out times through the online booking portal, you will find available appointment slots in 10-minute increments, which is the average time it takes for a family to check their pooch in or out. The displayed times are intended to assist you in scheduling your pup's stay efficiently.

Downtime for Happy Pups

Our commitment to providing the best possible experience extends beyond the hours of operation. We recognize that our furry friends need much-needed downtime to recharge and feel at home. That's why we've carefully scheduled breaks for naps, staff time-off, and suite cleaning and maintenance, and other activities during specific hours. This not only ensures a peaceful environment for your pet but also contributes to their overall happiness during their stay.

Special Requests: A Seamless Experience

For those instances when your schedule doesn't align with our regular hours, we've introduced Special Request Check In / Out. These allow for mid-day check-ins and check-outs, providing the flexibility you may need. While a nominal fee of $29 (in addition to Stay & Play fees) is associated with these requests, our primary focus is on ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for both you and your pet.

In extraordinary circumstances, when you require a check-in or check-out outside our standard morning and afternoon slots - specifically, before we open in the morning (8:00 am on weekdays or 9:30 am on weekends/holidays) or after we close in the evening (5:30 pm on weekdays or 4:30 pm on weekends/holidays), our premium Special Request service is available for $49 (in addition to Stay & Play fees).
