Update on Deposit/Cancellation Policy: Enhancing Your Pet's Experience!



We are pleased to share some important updates regarding our deposit policy, designed to ensure the best possible care for your furry friends during their stay with us.


Here at Tucked Inn, our personalized and hands-on approach sets us apart from the rest. Providing a comfortable, safe, and enjoyable experience for your pets has always been, and will always be, our top priority.


In the past, we have provided a 5-day window for deposit submission following a booking request, along with a friendly reminder on the 4th day. However, as our business continues to grow and demand for our services increases, we have encountered challenges in accommodating extended hold times for suites, only to have them become available at the last minute due to cancellations and changes in customers' plans.


To ensure operational efficiency and fairness for all our customers, we are streamlining our deposit process to 24 hours from the time a booking request is approved and the deposit request is sent. While this may seem brief, we believe it strikes a balance between flexibility for our customers and operational efficiency for our team. Please note that there will no longer be a reminder email; instead, bookings will automatically be canceled if the deposit is not submitted within the allotted time.


Additionally, new customers who cancel their first booking will be required to pay for their next booking in full, with no refund or account credit if the booking is canceled a second time, and future boarding/daycare requests may be subject to refusal.


Despite integrating a convenient online booking tool, it's important to remember that there is still a dedicated team of humans on the other end carefully managing the bookings. Each reservation is meticulously scheduled to ensure we do not exceed capacity and create a comfortable and safe environment for all our furry guests – including those with special needs and seniors.


We want to emphasize that we're more than just an online booking platform; we're your dedicated partners in providing exceptional care for your furry companions. From ensuring a cozy space for naptime to catering to special dietary needs, our team is committed to making your pet's stay a delightful one.
