Paws Up for Our Updated Booking Process: Ensuring the Best Stay for Your Pup.

Attention all pet parents! We wanted to share an update with you. To ensure that our suites are available for those ready to confirm their stay, we will now be cancelling any unconfirmed bookings.

This means that if we don't receive a deposit within five (5) days of sending you our acknowledgement email with a request for a deposit, or two days prior to your check-in date (whichever comes first), your booking will be cancelled. Please note that we will not be reaching out prior to cancelling these bookings.


However, in the rare event that we are almost at capacity and need to snag a spot for another guest prior to the timeline outlined in this message, we want to give you the chance for first refusal! We know how much your furry friend means to you, which is why we'll do our best to reach out and see if you're still interested in securing the spot before we cancel the booking. So, if you receive a call or email from us asking if you're still planning to confirm your stay, don't be alarmed - we're just giving you the first opportunity to snatch up the suite.


We know this may seem like "ruff" news, but trust us, it's for the best. By freeing up unconfirmed bookings, we're able to make room for pet parents who are eager to secure their spot at Tucked Inn. This will also help us streamline our booking process and ensure that our furry guests have the most enjoyable and comfortable stay possible.


We want to make sure that everyone has a fair chance at booking their pup's dream vacation, so please ensure that you confirm your stay as soon as possible. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Thank you for choosing Tucked Inn as your pup's home away from home!
